The Welsh 3 Peaks is an awesome 24 hours of adventure as you take on the three highest peaks in Wales; Y Wyddfa (Snowdon) (1,085m), Cadair Idris (893m) and Pen-Y-Fan (886m), a total of 17.4 miles of walking and 2864m of ascent. That’s the equivalent height of 9 Eiffel Towers or 651 double decker buses stacked on top of each other…
A unique opportunity to take in spectacular, breath-taking mountain views, challenge yourself, make memories to last a lifetime and accomplish something truly extraordinary. Trekking will be tough with limited time for each peak; however, the sense of achievement when you summit the final peak will be unbeatable.

To the wonderful Hospice of the Valley team
My sister and I would like to sincerely thank you for all the support, compassion and kindness you showed our Mam from the very first moment. We all felt in such safe hands and comforted and reassured by each visit. Your positivity and knowledge comforted Mam and ensured her health and well-being.
We felt especially grateful for the support offered us as daughters. There are no amount of thanks we could say for all the phone calls, advice and visits which helped to keep Mam very comfortable. A special thanks to Zoe for co-ordinating everything and to Jayne for being with us in the last moments of Mam’s life. Kindest Regards
We’d love for you to be one of our team and be part of the adventure that promises to be a challenging and unforgettable lifetime experience. YOU will help make a difference!

At Hospice of the Valleys we shape our end of life care around the ever-changing needs of our community.
We’re in the process of putting together a plan for how the services we provide will look over the next three years, (from March 2025) paying close attention to what matters most to our patients and their families, as well as our supporters, our healthcare colleagues and our staff and volunteers.
You can help us to get that right by taking part in this survey, answering a few key questions about what we do now and how we should develop in the future.
We already know how much people appreciate the specialist care we offer, that’s why we want to keep offering the most appropriate services, in a timely manner, for everyone who needs our support.
Please help us by completing our survey and provide us with vital feedback on our strategy and care. We read every response, and it will help shape the future of Hospice of the Valleys.
Thank you.
