Preparation is key to everything and also to have an enjoyable and safer bike ride
Make sure nothing comes in the way of you and your ride by packing all the cycling essentials. Remember to pack lightly for longer rides but be prepared for all situations. We recommend at least the following;
Cycling can improve both physical and mental health, and can reduce the chances of experiencing many health problems.
Here at EC Cycles we are delighted to contribute to such an essential and worthy cause in sponsoring the Hospice of the Valleys ‘Pedal Power Challenge’.
EC Cycles is an independent bike shop which serves not only the local community of Merthyr Tydfil but also the South Wales Valleys and beyond. We guarantee a warm welcome to both experienced cyclists and complete beginners as we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, professional but individual service.
