To be recognised alongside so many inspiring organisations from across Wales was a tremendous privilege. The evening was a celebration of the incredible work being carried out to improve wellbeing, support communities, and make a positive difference in people's lives. To be acknowledged among such deserving organisations was both humbling and rewarding.

These awards belong to every member of our team. From our clinical staff and support services to our fundraising, retail, facilities, and administrative teams, each person plays a vital role in helping us deliver compassionate care and support to those who need us most. The Workplace Wellbeing Award is particularly meaningful as it reflects our commitment not only to caring for our patients and their families, but also to creating a supportive, positive, and healthy environment for our staff and volunteers.

Receiving the Bronze Award for Inspirational Charitable Organisation is a wonderful recognition of the difference Hospice of the Valleys makes across our local communities every day. It highlights the dedication, compassion, and professionalism shown by our teams, and the lasting impact of the care and support we provide to patients and their loved ones.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the organisers of the awards and to everyone involved in recognising our work.
