DESCRIPTION:Walk for charity and join #TeamHospice!\n  \nWould you like to walk the Northern Lights Trek 2024 for Hospice of the Valleys? \n  \nHospice of the Valleys is at the heart of Blaenau Gwent\, providing support to patients and their loved ones.  With you by our side we can continue to  provide Specialist Palliative Care services\, including community nursing\, an in-reach service to community hospitals\, bereavement support\, physiotherapy\, welfare rights advice\, complementary therapy\, emotional support and a dedicated service for patients living with a dementia diagnosis. \nYour support is crucial and by walking for Hospice of the Valleys\, you are allowing us to give our patients the best possible care and chance to make treasured memories with their loved ones. \nOur Vision \n“To enable people living with a life-limiting condition to live and die well\, whilst supporting those who matter most to them.” \n  \nPlease note\, that you will need to sign up via the organisations website and set-up your own JustGiving page to start your fundraising. \nOnce you’re done\, Get In Touch with our Amanda\, Events Fundraising Manager. \n  \n                 \n
